Booking & Process

You choose the type of appointment you need (home/hotel visit, clinic appointment or First Available Doctor), fill in your details and, if you have insurance, provide the insurance information for a coverage check. The Coordination Center handles the organization of the appointment.

Availability depends on the area, specialty, time and nature of the case. The Coordination Center will inform you of the estimated response time before confirmation.

After your request is submitted, the Coordination Center checks availability, area, specialty and, where required, insurance approval. You will then receive confirmation.

Yes, where this option is available, you may request a specific partner doctor. In some cases, final availability is confirmed by the Coordination Center.

Yes. You can choose First Available Doctor so that you are matched with the fastest available suitable partner doctor.

Where available, you may request a doctor who speaks a specific language. This option depends on the availability of partner doctors.

Available specialties include general practitioners, internists, pediatricians, cardiologists, orthopedic doctors, ENT specialists, gynecologists and other specialties, depending on area and availability.

Partner doctors are licensed healthcare professionals and are selected based on experience, specialty and availability.
